Hi, my name is Harvey Day and I am a Senior Mortgage Professional at Ethos Lending. I was born and raised in San Diego, California and have resided in Phoenix, Arizona since 2014. I have been married for 15 years to my beautiful wife Cynthia and we have 3 boys named Noah, Matthew, and Lucas. I have been a licensed professional for 5 years but have been in the mortgage industry since 2007.

I believe in providing a transparent and streamlined process to all of my clients, which has allowed me to fund over $100 million dollars in loans for American families across the country. I am licensed in 17 states from California all the way to Rhode Island. I specialize in refinance, purchases, and first-time home buyer programs.

A lot of my business is built on referrals and returning clients, which I believe is a result of providing a “Transparent, and Streamlined Process.” I extend this work ethic to each of my clients – whether it’s their first or fifth time working with me to get a mortgage. I truly believe that a home is an individual’s biggest asset. With that being in the forefront of my mind with every client, I ensure that all of my clients are aware of all the steps that will be taken to ensure the loan is closed as soon as possible. My average loan closes within 22-30 days.  

I take extreme pride in my profession as a Mortgage Professional, thus allowing me to wake up with the same energy and excitement that I felt on my first day as a licensed Mortgage Professional.
